Glencoe Pendant

Created in the heart of the Glencoe Valley in Scotland, this pendant is a tribute to one of the most dramatic landscapes in the Highlands. Crafted entirely on-site using my portable jewellery bench, the Glencoe Pendant embodies the valley’s steep, ancient sides and the vibrant green that blankets the land.
 
At its core is a found stone, gathered from the valley floor, a physical piece of place held in silver. The peridot, with its bright, earthy hue, reflects the lush greenery of Glencoe’s slopes, while a cubic zirconia adds a subtle glint, reminiscent of mountain light on wet stone.
 
Textured and shaped outdoors, the sterling silver setting captures the raw beauty of the Highlands, grounding the piece in authenticity and wild craftsmanship. A pendant of place, presence, and enduring connection to the land.
